Help please guys, everyone PLEASE answer!!!?
So my husband is having a really hard time passing his run test. He needs to just pass it one time! He gets so close then always ends up stopping in the middle of his run and throwing up. I really need a product that I can go out a buy that will stop this from happening like a pill or something? Also is there anything at GNC that I can go get him that will give him some crazy energy so he can run run run! What would you suggest?? Hes been working out everyday after work, running and conditioning… he drinks tons of water the night before and eats lots of carbs… but his mind just messes with him when he is actually taking the test. His job is at stake here and any advice will help!
* Hes also takes zoloft for anxiety and depression, do you think that has anything to do with his performance?
That might be part of it lots or you say tons of water the night before as well as carbs. not saying he needs to cut them all out but just cut back on them some before the run. If he can complete the run and build up his confidence then he completed it then once that is in his head he will not think about tossing his cookies before the finish line. I used to hate running and we had one every 1/4 run three miles in under 18 min. don’t know his line of work if his job depend on it. police or military most likely right. Also one other thing to keep his mind from it and that would be a good round of sex the night be fore this way he is dreaming of that also instead of throwing up. Do them in moderation he does need all he can use. Cut back on the water and carbs. will be a big help but also give him the motivation.
NO Xplode - I use it to work out and you take a couple scoops actually I only take one. It says you can take up to three though depending on your weight. I use it with Prozac and it causes me no problems. Anyways its amazing take about 30 minutes before hand and you are pumped and ready to go. The first time I took it I could do 10 pullups easy and my usual is about 2 or 3 pull ups beforehand. It can be addicting though its hard for me to work out without it now a days. I also use it before playing sports like basketball and it is very effective for running as well as working out.

Sounds like he needs to talk to his doctor to make sure their is nothing physically wrong with him. We don’t know his medical background, so it is hard to help. Zoloft may not be compatible with any type of products, so I wouldn’t recommend anything without talking with his doctor. He could have a reaction.
with running, what you do is called "race pace". say he were to run on an oval track. half of that track he would run at a fast pace, not a sprint, but at a fast pace. then the other half of thetrack he jogs, never walks. then repeat. this will decrease his run time, by a lot. It not that he works out everyday, its how he works out every day. Try it. I promise good results!
try on an empty stomach.
How much overweight is he? He just needs to keep working out and running as much as he can stand - simple as that. Zoloft should not impact his hysical performance. Also….Ignore the advice about "natural" and "herbal" cures and treatment for depression….they don’t work very well if at all and the sellers of such products just take your money.
